Creating A Reservation

To make a reservation, please use the form to request your cruise with all the details about your trip. Captain Mark Rogers will speak to you by phone or SMS text message to confirm. After the trip has been confirmed you will receive an email or SMS text message with a link to pay.

cancellations & deposit policy

I require full pre-payment or a deposit for all trips. In the event that you must cancel:

  • Cancellation made 48 hours prior to the trip will receive a full refund

  • Cancellations made within a 24 to 48-hour window (one day prior to the trip) will receive a 50% refund

  • Cancellations made the same day is total forfeiture of the full pre-payment (deposit) amount.

  • Cancellation by the Captain due to inclement weather or dangerous conditions will receive a full refund or rescheduling

before your trip

Prepare all of the things you’d like to bring for your personal comfort: sunglasses, sun protection, beverages, snacks, additional towels, medications, etc.

I confirm all trips and locations the day prior. Communicate with me by phone or SMS text for a reminder of the exact location and parking of the launch. Trips launch out of the following areas:

Naples, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel & Capiva Island - Cocahatchee River Park, Naples

Marco Island and Cape Romano - Bayview Park, Naples South

the day of your trip

Please arrive fifteen (15) minutes prior to your scheduled departure. I will have given you detailed instructions with the physical address, where to park, and any costs. If you are late, there will be no additional time provided so please be on time. High-heeled shoes, work boots, or hard soled shoes are not permitted. I will provide assistance to board the boat.

  • Yes you are permitted to bring your own alcohol aboard. No glass containers, please. Extreme intoxication will not be tolerated.

  • Absolutely! Bring your furry friend!

  • Your cruise package cannot be changed or canceled on the same day, but your destination and activities are flexible to some degree. Basically, you can’t cancel or change the cruise package the same day, but if you’d prefer to split your activities differently or navigate to a different location - it’s your trip, and it’s up to you.

    Same-day cancellations are impossible to fill last minute; please be respectful of the fact that my schedule is my livelihood.

    But have no doubt, the time you’ve booked is entirely yours to do what you wish.

    Arrange your reservation by phone and receive a confirmation email including an invoice for payment.

  • Yes, you can smoke or vape tobacco products. Please take extreme care with ashes of cigarettes and cigars, they do damage the fiberglass and cushions of the boat and you will be held liable. Please do not bring herbal/flower cigarettes of any other nature.

  • Yes, if you plan on getting into the water.

    U.S. Coast Guard Approved Offshore Life Jackets are on board in the event of an emergency.

  • Up to six (6) passengers are permitted per group

  • Tipping is up to you - but 15 to 20% is customary in the charter boat industry and it is greatly appreciated.

  • Sunglasses, sunscreen, hats, medications including Dramamine (I suggest fresh ginger for motion sickness), food and drinks you prefer, beach toys, and anything else you that will make your trip enjoyable

  • Soft-soled shoes like flip-flops or boat shoes, comfortable clothing, fishing shirts or gaiters to protect your skin, a bathing suit, and sweaters or layers depending on the weather
